With over 20 years as a teacher, principal, and advocate, I've seen what happens when systems work, and when they don't. I've sat in thousands of IEP meetings. Led the teams. Supported the students who were overlooked. And sat on the other side of the table as a parent.
That's why this work looks different. I'm not just an advocate who helps families navigate schools. And I'm not just a consultant who trains districts. I'm the person who understands both sides - which means I know exactly where the breakdown happens, and how to close the gap.
